These are good to have in the
back of your refrigerator.
Crispy and garlicky slices
of pickled fresh radishes.
They are great served as a
side with grilled hamburgers.
I even put them on the burger.
Ingredients:
20 fresh redishes
1/3 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pickling spices
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
In a glass bowl place water, boil in microwave,
Add sugar, stir to desovle sugar.
Add salt, garlic and pickling spices.
Slice radishes thin and add to pickling mixture.
Add lemon juice, stir to combine well,
place in a container, cover and refrigerate.
