This is one of my favorite sandwiches.
It's easy to make and tastes fantastic.
The pastrami goes really well with the
deli mustard, tomato slices, Swiss cheese
and Deli rye bread while the peppers
give the sandwich a nice tangy flavor.
Ingredients:
Deli Rye bread
Mayonnaise,Real
Deli mustard, Brown
Pastrami, beat you can get
Swiss Cheese, with holes in it
Tomato slices, Garden Fresh
Pepper rings, jarred
Directions:
Place pastrami in a glass bowl,
add 1 tablespoon cold water,
cover with paper towel and microwave
on medium setting just until warm.
Spread the mayonnaise and
deli mustard on the bread.
Layer one slice of bread with pastrami,
tomato slices, pepper rings
and Swiss cheese, top with the
additional slice of bread.
Microwave a few more seconds
to melt cheese, slice and serve.
