Bread Pudding with Dunkin Donuts

I use plain glazed Dunkin Donuts
To make a bread pudding that is
Off the charts in flavor and texture.
With no added granulated sugar.
Crispy sweet and creamy good.
Serve this with some vanilla ice cream
And a dollop of fresh whipped cream.

Ingredients:
8 plain glazed Dunkin Donuts
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
3 large brown eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup dark raisins
½ cup Kentucky Bourbon
1 tablespoon flour
cinnamon sugar for topping

Directions:
In a small bowl place raisins and bourbon,
Let soak 30 minutes to re-hydrate.
Butter a baking dish.
Cut up donuts into pieces in a large bowl.
In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs,
milk, cream and vanilla extract.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add egg mixture to donuts and let sit
Until the liquid is soaked into the donuts
Add raisins along with bourbon liquid.
Stir to combine all ingredients well.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake until done.
