Ground Turkey Meatballs

Here is a simple to prepare and
good tasting recipe for making
some ground turkey meatballs.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup saltine crackers
1 large egg
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Combine turkey, egg and seasoning
in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Roll the meat mixture into 1 inch balls.
Preheat a large skillet over
medium heat with the olive oil.
Brown the meatballs in the skillet
until golden brown all over.
Transfer the meatballs
to a 9 x 9 baking dish.
Cook in a 350 degree F.
oven for 15 minutes.
