Meatloaf Magic

Here is a good meatloaf recipe where
you simply mix everything together
and place it in a cold oven and then
turn on the heat for two hours.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef 85/15
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon milk
water

Directions:
Place all ingredients except water in a
large bowl and mix well with your hands.
Form meat into one 9-inch long loaf,
packing the mixture together well.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Spread 4 tablespoons of ketchup
over the top of the loaf.
Pour water in the dish around
the meatloaf, about 1/4 to 1/2-inch deep.
Place dish on a rack in oven,
and then turn on the oven at 350 degrees F.
Bake for 2 hours uncovered.
The outside of the loaf will be dark brown.
