Old Bay Seasoning Cod Fillet

This tastes great and is so easy to make.
Seasoned and floured the pan fried cod
is so flaky, crispy delicate and delicious.
Good enough to serve all by itself but
even better with a squirt of lemon.

Ingredients:
2 cod fillets
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
¼ cup flour
dash of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions:
Preheat sauté pan to high heat.
Wash and pat dry fish fillets.
Season with salt and pepper.
Season with Old Bay and then
dredge in flour to coat fillets.
Heat oil and add fillets.
Saute 2 minutes on one side,
Turn and sauté 2 minutes more.
Turn once more and brush with
Butter before removing to serve.
