1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
salt to taste

Directions:
Place the bacon in a skillet
and cook over medium-high heat.
Cook and stir until crisp.
Remove bacon and set aside,
leaving the grease in the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium and
add the onions to the pan.
Cook and stir until transparent.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together
the flour, Old Bay Seasoning and water.
Mix in the evaporated milk.
Pour into the pan with the onions;
cook, stirring constantly,
until gravy has thickened.
