Honey Orange Butter

This stuff is great on warm pancakes.

Ingredients:
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup, orange zest
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients well.
Season with salt or more honey, as desired.
