Best Fresh Baked Shrimp

Delicious Baked Shrimp is a great appetizer
to begin any Italian dinner or serve a buffet.
It’s quick and easy to make and flavored
with olive oil and fresh lemon.
The shrimp is simply tossed in oil
and coated with a mixture of herbs,
cheese and bread crumbs and
baked in the oven until done.
This shrimp would look elegant
served on a buffet table with a variety of
Italian appetizers and it tastes so good.

Ingredients:
2 pounds of shrimp
1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup of parsley
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice



Directions:
Peel and devein the shrimp leaving the tail on.
In a large bowl combine the garlic,
cheese, parsley and breadcrumbs.
In another bowl combine the olive oil,
lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Toss the shrimp in the oil to coat the shrimp.
Dredge the shrimps in the breadcrumb mixture.
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the shrimp in a buttered
baking dish and bake for 20 minutes turning once.
