Pakaudas are chopped vegetables that have
been mixed with canned tuna fish and then
dipped into a batter and fried.
Ingredients:
1 - 6 ounce canned tuna
Potato(boiled)
1 Onion chopped
2 Tbs chopped coriander leaves
salt and pepper to taste
oil
egg 1
bread crumbs
Directions:
In a bowl, put drained tuna
Peel the potato and chop in small
pieces and add to the bowl
Add chopped onion and coriander leaves.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it well and make small balls out of the mixture.
Press the balls to make it flat like waffle.
Now coat the flattened balls with
beaten egg and bread crumb.
In a hot pan add some oil and pan fry
those flat balls, turn to the other side.
Cook each side for 1-2 minutes.
