Cheesey Zucchini Oven Chips

We always have tons of zuccini squash
ripening in the garden and I'm always
trying to come up with a way to cook them.
Here is one way to make cheesey baked chips,
there not really chips but some of the moisture
is baked out and they are really good and cheesy.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons milk
1/4-inch-thick slices zucchini
Olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degres F.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl,
Place milk in a shallow bowl.
Dip zucchini slices in milk,
and dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated slices on an ovenproof wire rack
coated with olive oil; place rack on a baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and crisp.
Serve immediately.
