Fresh Strawberry Salad with Gorganzola

In the springtime when the strawberries ripen,
Everyone loves this good salad that's topped
with fresh strawberries and sliced almonds.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 cup fresh spring lettuce
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup gorganzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup honey roasted almonds, slivered
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Directions:
In a large bowl,
combine the lettuce and spinach,
strawberries and almonds.
Place in serving dish and
top with gorganzola cheese.

In a bowl combine the vinegar,
honey and sugar; mix well.
Drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
