You might want to double this recipe and freeze one.
Nothing is quite like taking homemade dinner
out of the freezer and popping it in the for
a real home cooked meal within five minutes!
Ingredients:
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
2 lbs. ground hamburger
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
1/2 cup beef broth
Directions:
Combine 1/2 the can of soup,
and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Use your hands to incorporate the ingredients.
Shape into two loaves.
Bake the one loaf at 425 degrees
for 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
You may freeze the other loaf for up to three months.
Combine the leftover 1/2 can of soup
with about 1/2 cup beef broth in a small saucepan.
Warm until incorporated, pour over hot, sliced meatloaf.
Serve hot!
If you are baking the frozen loaf,
remember to place it in the fridge to thaw overnight,
and throughout the day before baking.
