Learning how to make great tasting cole slaw
is quick and easy with this simple recipe.
Coleslaw is great for most functions
including barbecues, parties and picnics.
Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 – teaspoon chervil leaves
Sweet smoked paprika
Directions:
Place shredded cabbage and chopped onion into a mixing bowl.
Form the herbed sauce by mixing together the
remaining ingredients in another bowl.
Pour the herbed sauce over the
cabbage and onion and toss well.
The cole slaw should be served cold therefore,
transfer your finished slaw to a serving bowl
and refrigerate for about an hour.
Just before serving sprinkle top of coleslaw with paprika
