My Original Recipe Chicken Seasining Mix

After many years of trying to copy the famous
Original herb and Spices recipe for chicken,
I came up with this very close seasoning mixture.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon basil leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon marjoram leaves, crushed finely

Directions:
Mix all ingredients as listed in a small
container with a tight fitting lid.
Shake the container to combine the mixture.
At this stage, you can keep it stored for months.
Stores for months. Keep out of heat and humidity.
When ready to use, mix 4 teaspoons of the mixture
with 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
Place in a doubled plastic food bag
and add chicken to coat.
Fry chicken in canola oil, drain on paper towels.
