Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1-1/2 Tablespoons minced onion
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4-5 pounds pork spareribs, cut in serving pieces
Directions:
Combine first eight ingredients.
Pour over ribs. Bake about 1-1/2 hours.
Baste frequently.
