Chedder Cheese Stuffed Bacon Roll

If you like bacon and chedder cheese,
this is absolutely the recipe for you.

Ingredients:
1 pound bacon
1 pound chedder cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On a flat surface, place bacon slices in a weave pattern,
so that it looks like a lattice topped pie,
bacon slices must touch side to side.
Place chedder cheese on top of bacon "blanket".
Roll up like a jelly roll,place in an oven proof skillet.
Cook for about 20 minutes or until done to your liking.
Remove to cool. Slice crosswise and serve.
