Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

This is good with fresh from the garden berries.
The vinegar compliments the sweet strawberries.

Ingredients:
1 pint ripe strawberries, hulled, washed
and sliced in half vertically
1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar (or to taste)
4 teaspoons sugar

Directions::
Place the strawberries in a tall stem glass,
like a red wine goblet. Drizzle balsamic
vinegar over them. Sprinkle with sugar.
