Rhubarb Cooked in a Microwave

Fresh rhubarb contains mostly water.
It's sour taste must be tamed with
just a little bit of sugar and spice.

Ingredients:
2 stalks fresh rhubarb
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Directions:
Cut ends off of rhubarb.
Peel entire stalk of rhubarb,
cut in 1 or 2 inch pieces,and place in bowl.
Add brown sugar and butter in bowl, mix.
Microwave on high setting for 4 minutes, stir.
Check for doneness and cook more if needed.
