This is as good as it gets,
when you talk about cookies.
Creamy peanut butter along
with crunchy macadamia nuts.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix butter, sugars and peanut butter together.
Add eggs, flour, baking soda and vanilla extract.
Stir in macadamia nuts.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
or until golden brown,
remove to a wire rack to cool.
