Ricotta Cheese with
Cinnamon and Cherries

Creamy Ricotta cheese along with
some delicious cherries and dusted
with some cinnamon for good measure.

Ingredients
1/4 cup ricotta
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup diced frozen cherries

Directions
Let the cherries defrost for about 5 minutes.
Portion out the 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
and place in a small bowl.
Chop the cherries and sprinkle
on top of the ricotta cheese.
Finish with cinnamon to taste.
