Many years ago I threw an outdoor
pool party and served this great
tasting Chinese noodle and shrimp salad.
It was a big hit, there was none left.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can shrimp or fresh
1 (6 ounce) can mandarine oranges, drained
1 cup peeled celery, chopped
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup grated carrot
1 teaspoon minced red onion
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 can Chinese noodles (crisp)
1/4 cup Real mayonnaise
Drain shrimp, reserving liquid.
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare and mix salad ingredients.
Add shrimp and mandarine oranges.
Just before serving add noodles.
Mix mayonnaise with some
shrimp juice to thin and toss.
