Slow Cooked
Pork Shoulder

I've been looking for a good and easy recipe
to roast a bone-in pork shoulder low and slow.
This is what I ended up doing and the pork
came out nice and crackly skin side up good.

Ingredients:
1 (6 pound) pork shoulder
2 tablespoons Monteal seasoning
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Rinse and pat dry the roast,
place in a roasting pan skin side up.
Score the skin in a diamond criss-cross
pattern and season with herbs and spices.
Cover and roast for 6 hours.
