Fresh Basil Pesto

This is the stuff that makes
fresh pasta taste so good.
Easy to make and keeps well in
the refrigerator if sealed tight.
I put a piece of plastic wrap
directly on the top of the pesto,
air turns it dark brown.

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Basil leaves
2-3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Process (or finely chop and mix)
all but oil. Slowly add oil. Use.
