Ham and Cheddar
Baked Potato loaf

This is a vry good tasting dish.
It uses cooked ham, cheddar cheese,
and russet potatoes to create a dish
that resembles a ground beef loaf.
Right down to the ketchup on top.
It won't slice a spoon works good.

Ingredients:
2 russett potatoes, cooked
2 Hormel cooked ham patties
1 cup cabbage, cooked and chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
ground black pepper
garlic powder
tomato ketchup

Directions:
In a food processor pulse potatoes
just until a pasty mash has developed.
Remove potatoes to mixing bowl.
In same food processor place ham
and pulse to a fine crumb texture,
remove ham to mixing bowl.
In same food processor place cabbage
and pulse just to chop in small pieces.
Remove cabbage to mixing bowl.
Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a glass baking dish and dump
potato loaf mixture in dish.
Use your hands forming into a loaf.
Sprinkle top with black pepper and
some garlic powder. Then some ketchup.
Smooth out the ketchup all over top.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour.
