Creamy Potato and Egg Salad

I know egg salad and potato salad
are two completly seperate dishes.
In this recipe I cleverly marry them
into one tasty little side salad.

Ingredients:
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
4 large eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 cup mayannaise
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water.
Bring to a boil and then simmer until fork tender.
Drain and add the chopped hard cooked eggs.
Mix and add the onion, mustard, paprika,
sweet relish and black pepper.
Toss to combine and refrigerate until serving.
