Fish Stick Pita
Bread Sandwich

This is a quick sandwich using
pita pockets,some creamy sauce,
lettuce, tomato and cheese.
You can even cook this in the
microwave oven but I like to
heat them in a toaster oven.

Ingredients
6 fish sticks, baked
4 pita bread pockets
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 small fresh tomato, sliced
2 iceburg lettuce leaves

Directions:
Bake the fish sticks until they
are heated through and crispy.
Toast the pita bread.
In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce
and mayonnaise together.
Spread equally in the pita pockets.
Add the 3 fish sticks, lettuce,
cheese and tomato slices.
