Molasses Bourbon Ice Cream

This is an adult tasting ice cream,
let the kids have the strawberry.
I use an ice cream maker that you
freeze the container first and
then churn your ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons light molasses
1 tablespoon bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Place cold ice cream maker in machine,
set it up and turn it on low speed.
Add cream, milk, sugars, molasses,
bourbon and vanilla and churn
for about 20 minutes until done.
Remove ice cream to a covered container,
freeze until well frozen about 1 hour.
