Great BBQ Grilled
Corn on the Cob

This is not only one of the best
grilled corn on the cob recipes
it just might be the best ever!
I've grilled corn in the husks,
inside smoker bags and even
on sticks over an open fire.
This recipe is the best tasting.

Ingredients:
8 cups cold water
8 ears Silver Queen corn
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
unsalted butter

Directions:
Place water in a large pot.
Add salt, sugar, Old Bay seasoning
and smoked paprika to water.
Place in ears of husked corn and
let sit in water for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Place corn on grill grate, cover
and cook 3 minutes.
Turn corn 1/4 turn and cover,
cook 2 minutes.
Turn corn 1/4 turn and cover,
cook 2 minutes.
Turn corn 1/4 turn and cover,
cook 2 minutes.
Turn corn 1/4 turn and cover,
cook the final 3 minutes.
Remove and serve warm with
unsalted butter.
