Stove Bottom Stuffing

This stuffing you bake in the oven,
not in a pan on top of the stove.
Only a few ingredients in this one.
It comes out of the oven tasty good.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 (16 ounce) package Herb Stuffing

Directions:
Place butter, onions and celery in a pan,
saute a few minutes to get a little color.
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat,
cook the broth, celery and onion to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes
or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the stuffing and mix lightly.
Spoon the stuffing mixture into
a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F.
for 20 minutes, then uncover and
continue to bake 10 minutes or until hot.
