Cranberry Orange Relish

This is the recipe for the cranberry orange relish
our family always had on the Thanksgiving table.


Ingredients:
1 package fresh cranberries
6 oranges, seedless
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Using a food grinder of food processor
grind or chop the cranberries and
the oranges with the rind.
In a bowl mix in the sugar.
Refrigerate in a sealed container
for a few days before serving.
