Microwave Scalloped Potatoes

If you ever have made scalloped potatoes in the oven
you know how brown and stained the baking dish can get.
I came up with this easy way of cooking scalloped potatoes.

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 onion,peeled and sliced
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
butter

Instructions:
Put whole unpeeled potatoes in microwave
cook on high power for 6 minutes.
Remove to cool, peel and slice.
In a mixing bowl combine milk,salt,pepper and flour.
Butter the bottom of a microwave safe dish,
Arrange a layer of sliced onions in dish,
then a layer of sliced potatoes,
another layer of onions then potatoes.
Pour the milk mixture over potatoes.
Cover and micriwave on low power
for about 20 minutes.
