Hot Garlic and Ginger Beer Clams

Beer Clams... Need I say more?

Ingredients:
Clams
Beer
Garlic
Hot chili peppers
Ginger

Directions:
1.Slice garlic, peppers, & ginger.
2.Stir fry one minute.
3.Pour in the clams!
4.Add beer.
5.Boil covered until clams open.
6.Clams open. Done.
