Leftover Roast Pork and Onions

One of the many comfort foods that I remember
from years ago is left over roast pork sauteed
along with a big old pan of carmalized onions.

Ingredients:
Leftover pork
2 Onions, peeled and sliced
Browning sauce ( Gravy Master or Kitchen bouquet)
water

Directions:
Chop or shred the pork into smaller than bite size peices,
slice some onion and saute the meat and onion in some water.
when onion just starts to brown add some Gravy Master, cover
and cook for a few minutes to color onions and warm through,
pile on some nice crusty French or Italian bread.
