Peanut Butter Pie

This is a good way to get your peanut butter fix.

Ingredients:
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine or butter
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup whipping cream

Instructions:
Combine graham crackers, 1/4 cup granulated sugar,
and 1/4 cup melted margarine or butter, and press into 9” pie pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 10 minutes. Cool.
Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar
and 2 Tbsp melted butter or margarine. Set aside.
Whip together 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar and 1/2 cup whipping cream.
Gently fold into peanut butter mixture and spread into cooled crust. Refrigerate.
In small saucepan, melt chocolate chips and
1/2 cup whipping cream over very low heat until smooth.
Spread over peanut butter mixture in pie pan. Chill.
