An old recipe My Mother gave me.
After we carved our pumpkins,
we'd help Mom make these.
You can easily adjust this recipe
according to the amount of seeds.
Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tbsp butter melted
1-1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
mix all of the ingrtdients together
and place on a shallow baking pan.
Bake for 2 1/2 - 3 hours stir often
while they're baking and then
let cool before serving.
