Everybody likes sugar cookies and these are the best.
Everybody also says thier cookie recipe is the best too.
Try this one and I think you'll agree with me.
Ingredients:
2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cups confectioner's sugar
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
5 cup(s) flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat the butter, using a mixer on medium-high speed.
Beat in the sugar, eggs, yolks, and vanilla.
Reduce mixer speed to medium-low
and beat in the remaining ingredients.
Bake on parchment-lined baking pans 10 to 15 minutes,
depending on cookie size about 12 to 18 minutes.
Remove to cool and watch them disapear!
