This is a great spicy salad dressing.
The trick is to let it refigerate for
a couple of hours after you blend it,
so the fresh cilantro can soak in.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise (no low fat!)
3/4 cup milk (whole milk)
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
3/4 cup pickled jalapeno peppers, chips
3 tablespoons cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, milk and ranch mix.
Place chilies, jalapenos,
and cilantro in a food processor.
Pulse to chop fine.
Mix in salt, garlic powder, and lime.
Add chile mixture to ranch.
Refigerate for at least an hour.
Serve with tortilla chips.
