This is one of my favorite recipes
to make a great tasting cheese spread.
The anchovies melt away and create
an amazingly good flavor combination.
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 anchovy fillets, chopped
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste
black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients
in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl
and serve with crackers,
pita wedges, tortilla chips
or what ever you wish to.
