This is the best barbecue sauce recipe ever!
Very easy and tastes better than a restaurant.
I came up with this one day when I took a little
of this and a little of that into a barbecue sauce.
Very good when basted on broiled shrimp.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (6 oz can) frozen orange-
juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown mustard
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt or to taste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayene pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in
medium bowl and mix well.
Place in a medium saucepan, cover
and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Stirring occasionally.
Be careful not to scorch.
Cool, cover and refrigerate.
