Slow Cooker Pepperoncini
Beef Pot Roast

I came up with this recipe over thirty years ago
when trying to make some tender beef for sandwich rolls.
This fabulous recipe uses only three ingredients.
And the flavor and texture of the meat is delicious.

Ingredients:
1 3 pound beef roast
1 jar of pepperoncini peppers
4 garlic cloves, sliced

Directions:
Cut some slits in roast and insert garlic.
Place beef in slow cooker.
Place Pepperoncini peppers and all of the juice on top.
Cook all day on low, at least 8 hours, 12 is better.
For serving, just slice and serve.
