Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs
with Apples and Onions

Chicken cooked with apples and onions
is a very good and classic fall recipe.
This is my crockpot version, super easy,
it's flavored with curry and chutney.

Ingredients:
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic
4 apples, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons curry powder
1 (8-ounce) jar mango chutney


Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 4-5 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours until chicken
is thoroughly cooked and onions are tender.
Stir well and serve over hot cooked rice.
