Oven Dry Pork Ribs

These ribs come out great tasting dry rub.
You bake them in the oven, for 4 hours.
No sweet sauces on these just dry rubs.
I used pepper, brown sugar and garlic salt.

Ingredients
6 pork ribs
1 cup dry rubs

Directions
Foil inside a roasting pan.
Place the ribs in here and spread with spices.
Turn them over and add more dry rub on top.
Place foil on the top to seal.
Put in a 255 degrees oven.
Take ribs out, drain oil if needed.
Turn the ribs over and add more dry spices.
Cover with foil and bake another 2 hours.
Remove and Serve.

Fast Cooked Pork Ribs

Cooked Spare Ribs in the Pressure Cooker.
You have the ribs with all the fixins.
Cook the ribs on high for 30 minutes.
Cook them under the broiler if you must.

Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 oranges, chopped
2 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon of bbq sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
a pinch of chili powder
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1 small can of tomato sauce
a can of water if needed
4 pork ribs

Directions
Place all ingredients into pressure cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
Remove ribs and place under broiler.
Serve with salad of coleslaw.

Egg on a Toasted Waffle

Egg on a Toasted Waffle, It's one of my go-to breakfast in a flash. Frozen waffles, Eggo if you must have one.
Ingredients:
1 frozen waffle
2 tablespoons of butter
1 large egg

Directions:
Take one waffle and some butter on the edges. Toss and whole egg in the middle. Put it in the toaster oven, toast it on high until done.

Steamed Rice with Cabbage

You can do this recipe in a Pressure Cooker. I made this and put it on bacon bbq chili. There's enough to make Chinese rice after you chill it in the refrigerator overnight. Add some scrambled eggs and some vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup rice
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 12 once chicken broth
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Put oil in pot and add in rice. Put in chopped cabbage with chicken stock and water. Cover and bring the pot to boil. Turn the heat down to simmer, turn it off on about 20 minutes. Release pressure and serve.
