You can do this recipe in a Pressure Cooker.
I made this and put it on bacon bbq chili.
There's enough to make Chinese rice after
you chill it in the refrigerator overnight.
Add some scrambled eggs and some vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup rice
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 12 once chicken broth
1 cup cold water
Directions:
Put oil in pot and add in rice.
Put in chopped cabbage with
chicken stock and water.
Cover and bring the pot to boil.
Turn the heat down to simmer,
turn it off on about 20 minutes.
Release pressure and serve.
