Ice Box Cake with Graham
Crackers and Chocolate Pudding

I have been making this easy chocolate
pudding dessert for over thirty years.
It's so very easy, and so very delicious.
Everyone who tries it just loves it.
You can't go wrong with this dessert.

Ingredients:
6 cinnamon graham crackers, about
1 (3.5 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups whole milk

Directions:
Blend the pudding mix and milk in a medium sized bowl.
Stir for about 2 minutes with mixer on low speed.
Place bowl in refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool and set.
Place one single layer of graham crackers in the bottom
of a 9x13" baking pan. Do not crumble, but leave the crackers whole.
Spoon half of the pudding mixture over the crackers and spread evenly. Repeat with another layer of crackers and remaining pudding mixture.
Top with another layer of graham crackers.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator
for 30 minutes or oernight to set up, serve.
