I first came across the taste of pineapple
and maple syrup when eating some fruit
cocktail and some maple walnut ice cream.
The taste is out of this world with fresh
pineapple and real Vermont maple syrup.
Ingredients:
1 fresh pineaplle
Real maple syrup
Directions:
Peel, core and cut up the pineapple into bite size pieces.
Place in a serving dish or bowl, drizzle with maple syrup.
Cover and let the flavors combine a few hours or overnight.
