Apple Bread Pudding

This came out really really good !

2 apples, peeled,cored and diced
2 eggs
1/2 pint heavy cream
2 cups stale bread, crust removed, cubed
1 tspn vanilla
2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar
1 Tbsp butter

preheat oven to 375 degrees
butter bottom and up 1/2 sides of baking dish
in mixing bowl put eggs,cream,vanilla, apples and bread
mix real good and let sit for ten minutes.
put mixture in baking dish
sprinkle top with Cinnamon sugar
cover and bake for 50 minutes.
serve warm with ice or whipped cream.
