Fresh Salsa

SALSA
some really red ripe plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup fresh sweet corn, cooked
1 clove garlic, minced
10 small black pitted olives, chopped
4 green olives from the jar with pimentos, chopped
a little roasted red pepper, with juice from jar.
A lot of Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
Some basil, Fresh if you got it.
Extra virgin olive oil to taste.
Ground cumin, not too much.
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.
Salt and freshly ground pepper.
Combine everything and dip the chips.
