I've had some really good cole slaw salads.
This one beats them all because of the paprika.
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh shredded cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon celery seed
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the
mayonnaise and buttermilk;
blend in the vinegar,pepper sauce
prepared mustard, celery seed,
Worcestershire sauce, salt,
pepper, and smoked paprika.
Add the cabbage to the mixture and
toss until cabbage is thoroughly coated.
Refrigerate overnight and serve.
