The secret to making the very best cold potato
salad is to keep the cooked potatoes very cold.
Ingredients:
1 c. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Pepper
4 c. Potatoes (5 to 6 medium) Peeled,cubed,cooked,chilled,
1 c. Sliced celery
1/2 c. Minced onion
2 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, minced
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill.
Serve with some red paprika sprinkled on top.
